Fresh public evidence can enter the research record continuously. Public rankings update only after the relevant source layer is validated, scores are recomputed, and the publication safeguards pass.

Rank Movement Rule
Evidence changes first. Public ranking changes later.
Rankings do not move directly from raw source changes. Evidence refreshes privately, validators run, scores recompute, and public pages rebuild only from validated public-safe rows.
Lead requests, agent interest, referral relationships, advertising, sponsorship, and commercial introductions do not affect ranking placement. A factual correction can improve the data only when it is supported by public, crawlable source evidence.
