Submit Evidence

Submit public proof or request a factual correction.

A national agent index only becomes useful if the evidence stays current, source-backed, and clean. This workflow defines what kind of proof can improve the data layer without turning ranking placement into a paid or promotional product.

Ranking Boundary

Evidence can improve accuracy. It cannot buy placement.

Submitting evidence does not buy inclusion, rank, score changes, badges, referrals, or favorable editorial language.

Public source requirement

Use public, crawlable source URLs. Do not submit private client files, copied review text, MLS-only screenshots, private financial records, or confidential documents.

Review-source requirement

Do not copy review text, rating snippets, or portal profile content unless source terms permit it; use source links and aggregate proof labels instead.

Evidence Intake

Submit a public source for review.

Use this form for public URLs and factual context only. Do not submit private client files, copied review text, reviewer names, phone lists, credentials, financial documents, or legal/medical records.

Research stageSubmissions not open yet
We are not accepting evidence submissions through this form yet. The Index is currently publishing research, market coverage, and source-backed comparison tools while intake routing is finalized.

Secure submission routing is in controlled rollout. Use this page today as an evidence worksheet; every source still requires validation before any public change.

Accepted Evidence

Sources that can strengthen the directory.

Production proof

Public ranking, award, brokerage, or profile pages that state sales volume, sides, or production context.

Review proof

Public review-profile URLs and review counts, without copying review text from restricted platforms.

Identity proof

Official agent, team, brokerage, license, roster, or about pages that clarify who the row represents.

AI/Search proof

Cited answer screenshots or source URLs that show how AI/search systems identify the candidate.

Correction proof

Public URLs that show a name, market, category, source, or score input should be updated.

Review Process

How submissions should be evaluated.

Submission Fields

What a clean evidence request should include.

The Index should ask for URLs and factual context, not promotional copy. A useful submission makes the public evidence trail easier to verify.
